Refund policy

We accept refunds and exchanges on all items purchased.

All returns must be in their original, unwashed state with tags attached. You must also contact us within 14 days of buying goods along with proof of purchase prior to returning. 

The customer is required to pay for the return shipping of the item back to us

aswell as the shipping of the new item back to the customer.

Please email hello@mtnicholasmerino.co.nz within 14 days of purchasing your Mt Nicholas Merino item and tell us the reason for your exchange. Usually the reason for an exchange would be to change the size of the item. 

Head to your nearest post shop, package up your item along with your proof of purchase and please also purchase a return shipping label to pop in with your item you are exchanging that we will use to send your new item back to you! Please also ensure your item you are sending to us is tracked.  If you are returning an item from overseas we will get in touch with you regarding return postage costs.

After we have received the exchanged item, we will assess that it is in the same condition as when we sent it and will be in touch on the outcome of your exchange.

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
