All packaging is 100% compostable or recyclable.

 

New Zealand Orders

All domestic orders are couriered.
$10 standard shipping for all orders.
Due to our remote location, we courier orders twice a week, or more often if we are in town. 
You will receive an email with a tracking number for you to track and trace your item once we have shipped it. 
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

International Orders (Australia, USA, Canada, UK & Europe)

All international orders are sent via DHL Express.
International shipping rates in $NZD below and will be converted to your local currency at checkout. 
If your order is lost or damaged in transit please contact us within 5 days so we can assist you.

Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees may be applied during custom clearance and these are not included in the product price. Please check with your local customs office before ordering to see if there are any extra costs. Any incurred costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
